IMT-2000 could be defined as the multimedia roaming
service which serves video, voice, data through the
high speed network in on-line/wire-less/satellite circumstance.
These roaming service targets Global Roaming Service
including domestic area and the standardization organizations
(which are established for the same purpose) advice
to make global standardization of IMT-2000 related solutions.
Ontimetek is following the spec of Global standardization
organizations, and also very actively participating
on the standardization movement, moreover we are doing
our best to make our research could be selected as world
standard.

OTT has participated KWIS (:sub-committee of TTA (Telecommunication
Technology Association)) as an active member since the
forum has established in May ’01.
Even though TTA had accepted 3GPP standard as wireless
internet standard, so KWIS was no longer influential over
wireless internet standardization, In August ’01, OTT
had proposed ‘KWIS-AS-01-0009-MDS.doc’ to KWIS for DOWNLOAD
standardization which 3GPP could not deal with. For those
consistent efforts, OTT has created and leaded Wireless
Internet service market in Korea. And now OTT is more
focused on supporting Multimedia Download Service.

Our company attained the membership of the MPEG-4 Industry
Forum (M4IF) since August, 2001, now performing the Interoperability
test on the areas of MPEG-4 System, Visual, Audio Codec,
and especially working on DMIF based Interoperability
Test in the Streaming part.
